A 50% refund may be issued within 7 days of purchase if the product breaks or becomes damaged.

If you are local (in Windsor and Tecumseh), we may offer to fix your product if you were able to keep all the pieces (gemstones, crystals, chain links, etc) intact. If this is an option you would prefer, please contact us and we will determine if this is possible or not, and pick up the product and return it to you within 10 days of pick up. If this is the option you choose, there will be no refund and neither will we charge you for this service. This is not guaranteed to work for every product purchased.

If your item was shipped through the mail and was damaged on transit, please contact the mail carrier first to see what their policy is in terms of refunds or compensation. We will not offer refunds for damages made by mail carriers.

We will not allow cancellations of custom bracelet requests. As soon as we get your request and payment goes through, we will begin crafting it.

We will allow cancellations for any pre-made product within 24hrs of purchase, and a full refund will be made. Cancellations made outside the 24hr window will only allow for 30% refund of purchase.

Most of our products are made one of a kind, therefore exchanges may not be possible. However, if you decide you would prefer a different product of the same price, we may be able to accommodate your request as long as there has been no damages to the initial product or packaging.
